As a licensed acupuncturist and doctor of natural medicine, I have dedicated my practice to promoting holistic healing since 2013 in beautiful Colorado. My journey into acupuncture began with a personal health challenge that Western medicine couldn’t resolve. Traditional Chinese Medicine opened doors to transformative healing, inspiring me to help others experience the same profound change.

I believe in the body’s incredible potential to heal physically, mentally, and emotionally. My philosophy revolves around what I call the “Four Pillars of Health,” emphasizing the importance of stability in all aspects of well-being for optimal health.

In addition to acupuncture, I am a Reiki Master teacher and a master herbalist. I have pursued advanced training in neurological acupuncture, cosmetic acupuncture, and facial rejuvenation, as well as functional nutrition. My practice serves a wide range of health concerns. I focus heavily on your circumstances and symptomology, whether that be pain management, fertility issues, cosmetic support, or athletic tuning; in each case, I tailor treatments to fit each individual’s needs immediate needs and long-term needs. I create programs for individuals that include treatments, herbs, energy work, bio-energetic body scans, and coaching.

My approach to patient care is rooted in partnership. I strive to meet patients where they are in their life, in the moment, and in their needs. My goal is to always foster an environment where the patient feels seen and heard. Together, we develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with their health goals, allowing for a collaborative healing journey.

Beyond my practice, I am deeply committed to community involvement, volunteering, and serving on local boards whenever possible. I am also passionate about sports and fitness, and I enjoy teaching practical applications of nutrition to empower others in their wellness journeys.
